IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CYAN LOYALTY CLUB

  • The CYAN LOYALTY CLUB is open to all guests
  • The club card is valid for all family members (including children under the age of 17) or specified accompanying persons staying with the cardholder in the same room
  • The club card and the related offers are not transferable to other persons.
  • Each card is valid until the member reaches the next level at the loyalty program (at which point the old card should be returned upon request).
  • A minimum stay of 7 nights is required to be credited to the CYAN LOYALTY CLUB
  • All benefits and offers of the club are subject to change without notice
  • All offers are subject to availability
  • For any changes, questions or information, as well as loss or theft of the card please contact the guest relations department or the hotel reception.
  • For late departures the CYAN LOYALTY CLUB members are requested to inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours prior to their departure, in order to arrange the extended stay in the same or a comparable room (subject to availability).
  • Room reservations followed by special requests or preferences shall be handled for the club members, provided they are booked, at least 4 weeks before arrival, while they are subject to availability in the desired category
